I'm acknowledging my birthday today. 47 years. I've spent the morning at my local gymnasium. Pure muscle. Still playing for the same team. Head up, despite plagued by constant injury. Promise to be easier on myself. For fucksake, this week I've succumbed to the warmth of the puffer jacket.

Anyhoo, I have new music coming soon and a new platform/website to deliver it. Gotta keep working on untangling myself from this hectic hellhole we call 'socials'. Please stay tuned.
